1858 Kadoya Mills was founded in Shodoshima-Island, Kagawa Prefecture, and started sesame oil manufacturing and sales.
1957 May In order to extend business, Kadoya Mills and Ozawa & Co., Ltd. (Kadoya's sales agent in Eastern Japan) invested together and newly incorporated with paid-up capital of 5,000,000 yen. The Company name was Kadoya Sesame Mills KK and Mr. Naohei Ozawa was appointed president. The head office was established at 1-357 Nishi-Osaki, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.
1961 Oct As a preparation for business extension, new factory was constructed on a site measuring 39,600 m2, at Tonosho Port area in Shodoshima-Island.
1966 May Paid-up capital increased to 20,000,000 yen.
1966 Jun Paid-up capital increased to 50,000,000 yen.
1973 Oct Paid-up capital increased to 200,000,000 yen.
1976 Apr Company name changed into Kadoya Sesame Mills Incorporated.

1991 Aug The head office moved to 8-2-8, Nishi-Gotanda, Shinagawa-ku, Tokyo.

1993 Nov Registered to Japan Securities Dealers Association as OTC stock. Paid-up capital increased to 1,720,000,000 yen.
1996 Jan Agreements concerning sesameseed planting business in Vietnam with Nghe An Province and sesame oil processing business in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam with Vocarimex were concluded respectively.
1997 Feb Agreements concerning sesameseed planting business were concluded with people's committee of 15 provinces in northern and central Vietnam.
1997 Mar Company housing was constructed in Kawasaki City.
