sesameseed products are born, its warm, rather dry and stable
weather all the year round is very ideal for maintaining stable
quality of sesameseed oil.
We Kadoya keep the traditional processing method and producing
homemade sesameseed oil, where no chemicals are used in the processing
whatsoever.
It is our neverchanging policy to provide sesameseed oil which
is as healthy and natural as possible. Therefore we put absolute
priority on quality than efficiency and keep gentle and safe handling
of raw materials and processing method.
Raw materials are imported mainly from China and African countries
only after confirmation of quality of preshipment samples by our
quality control department. So imported raw materials must again
pass through our stringent inspection before processing at the
plant. In other words, the raw materials we use are the best of
the best.
Sesameseed oil production is carried out according to the traditional
method, where sesameseeds are cleaned, roasted, cooked, crushed
and filtered using very modern facilities under strict attention
of quality control department.
Roasting process is the determining stage of unique aroma and
color of sesameseed oil. Therefore the control of this process
is the business secret of ours and most careful attention is paid
to this process. Our quality control department is also effecting
continual pursuit of more aromatic and delicious sesameseed oil
as well as developing new product line-ups such as health foods,
based on newly discovered scientific informations.
