Boiled Broccoli Salad

Ingredients

For 4 persons

  • 1 head of broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon ginger juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons Pure Sesame Oil

Directions

  1. Break the broccoli into small pieces, boil in water with salt and drain.

  2. Mix the ingredients for the sauce well.

  3. Place the mixture from (1) on dish and add the sauce from (2). (May be garnished with finely chopped ginger)

Ginger stimulates appetite.
