Ingredients

For 4 persons

  • 4 pieces (approx. 400g) of swordfish (fillet)

  • Appropriate amounts of salt, pepper and flour

  • 1 tablespoon Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 piece of red pepper
  • About 8 thin slices of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 pieces of sliced lemon

Directions

  1. Sprinkle salt and pepper over the fillet of swordfish and leave for a while. Paper dry the water on the surface and lightly coat the fillet with flour.

  2. Put Pure Sesame Oil, a red pepper and thin slices of garlic in a pan to heat and take them out after the oil takes on the flavor of garlic and pungency of red pepper.

  3. Put the swordfish from (1) in the pan, saute the both sides over a medium heat, and then place on a serving dish.

  4. Add lemon juice to the oil left in the pan, warm over a low heat, and add as sauce to the meuniere of fillet. Serve the dish with salt.

Tips:

Enhance the flavor of the sauteed fillet of swordfish (normally a little bland) by adding spiciness, sourness, and the good aroma of Pure Sesame Oil.

Serve the dish with some tasty salt.
