For 1 persons

  • 100g raw salmon for sashimi
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon mirin (sweet cooking rice wine) if available
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon white sesame seeds
  • 200g cooked rice
  • 50g Edamame (green soybeans)
  • Baby leaves, appropriate amount
  • Shredded nori (seaweed) properly
  • Green onion or sprouts properly
  • Cut the salmon and avocado into 1 cm cubes and place in a bowl. Add Pure Sesame Oil, soy sauce, mirin and lemon juice and mix well. Add the avocado and white sesame seeds and mix gently. Boil edamame in salted water and remove from pods.
  • Place the cooked rice in a bowl, top with the baby leaves, and serve 1 on top. Garnish with edamame, shredded nori and green onion.
