  • Use vegetables of your choice in season such as :
  • 2 bunches romanesco
  • 2 bunches orange cauliflower
  • 2 bunches cauliflore
  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 red turnip or white turnip, etc.
  • 2 asparagus
  • 1 petit vert
  • Sea salt appropriate amount
  • 1/2 tablespoon Pure Sesame Oil
  • Cut each vegetable into bite-size pieces and steam vegetables in a steamer until cooked through.
  • Arrange the vegetables on a plate and sprinkle with sea salt, pepper to taste, and Pure Sesame Oil to finish.
