For 2 persons

  • 1 canned tuna (70g)
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon grain mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Sesame Oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of freshly ground black pepper
  • A pinch of pink pepper
  • Proper quantity of bread of your choice
  • Proper quantity of celery or other stick vegetables
  • Proper quantity of Cornichons
  • In a bowl, combine canned tuna, room temperature cream cheese, grain mustard, and Pure Sesame Oil; mix well until smooth. Season to taste with a pinch of salt, place in a cocotte, and sprinkle the top with coarsely ground black pepper and pink pepper.
  • Slice a baguette or other piece of bread into proper size and garnish with celery or other vegetable sticks, cornichons, etc., if desired.
