  • 4 oil sardines
  • 1/2 red onion
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pure Sesame Oil
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • 4 baguette slices
  • Appropriate amount of chervil
  • Slice red onion, sprinkle with vinegar and salt, and let sit for a while.
  • Place the red onions on the baguette slices, top with the oiled sardine, drizzle with Pure Sesame Oil and black pepper, and serve with chervil.
