Simple Pizza with Sesame Oil

For 4 pieces of approx.

  • 10cm-pizza
  • Pizza Dough
  • 200g flour
  • 100ml lukewarm water
  • 2 teaspoons dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Sesame Oil


  • Appropriate amount of mozzarella
    cheese (for pizza)
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Sesame Oil
  • Appropriate amount of pepper
  • (Make pizza dough.) Put and mix all ingredients for pizza dough in a bowl, knead until the surface of dough is smooth and even, and roll it into a ball. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap at room temperature until the Size of the dough is almost doubled.
  • Cut the dough evenly to make 4 pieces of pizza base. Put mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with Pure Sesame Oil on each base. Bake the pizza bases in an oven preheated at 250 degrees C (500 degrees F) for several minutes, checking on how they are baked.
  • When they are done, sprinkle with ground pepper and it's ready!
Pizza dough can be kept for several days in the fridge.
Roasted sesame is also good for topping.
