For 4 persons

  • 4 pieces (approx. 400g) of swordfish (fillet)
  • Appropriate amounts of salt, pepper and flour
  • 1 tablespoon Pure Sesame Oil
  • 1 piece of red pepper
  • About 8 thin slices of garlic
  • 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 4 pieces of sliced lemon
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper over the fillet of swordfish and leave for a while. Paper dry the water on the surface and lightly coat the fillet with flour.
  • Put Pure Sesame Oil, a red pepper and thin slices of garlic in a pan to heat and take them out after the oil takes on the flavor of garlic and pungency of red pepper.
  • Put the swordfish from (1) in the pan, saute the both sides over a medium heat, and then place on a serving dish.
  • Add lemon juice to the oil left in the pan, warm over a low heat, and add as sauce to the meuniere of fillet. Serve the dish with salt.
Enhance the flavor of the sauteed fillet of swordfish (normally a little bland) by adding spiciness, sourness, and the good aroma of Pure Sesame Oil.
Serve the dish with some tasty salt.
