Ingredients (4 rolls)
| Sushi-grade tuna, finely chopped | 225g |
|---|---|
| Mayonnaise | 2 Tbsp |
| Sriracha | 1 Tbsp |
| Soy sauce | 1 tsp |
| Kadoya Roasted Sesame Oil | 1 tsp |
| Chili crisp | 1 tsp |
| Green onions, finely sliced | 2 |
| Nori | 4 full sheets |
| 【Sushi Rice】 | |
| Cooked sushi rice | 2 cups |
| Rice vinegar | 1 Tbsp |
| Sugar | 1 tsp |
| Salt | Pinch |
Directions (30 minutes min)
-
In a bowl, gently mix warm sushi rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt. Let cool slightly.
-
In a medium bowl, combine chopped tuna, mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, Kadoya Roasted Sesame Oil, chili crisp, and green onions. Mix until creamy and evenly coated.
-
Keep the nori sheets whole for the classic fully rounded restaurant-style hand roll shape.
-
Place a sheet of nori shiny-side down. Spread a layer of sushi rice across one side of the nori, leaving space around the edges.
-
Add the spicy tuna and fold one side of the nori tightly over the filling and continue rolling into a fully rounded cylinder shape instead of a cone. Seal the edge lightly with a few grains of rice. Serve immediately.
