Ingredients (for 4 persons)

Potatoes
1 lb (approx. 450g)

Frying oil (Non roasted sesame oil or cooking oil)
Appropriate amount

Roasted White Sesame Seeds
1 tablespoon

【Sauce for Saute】
-
Miso
1 tablespoon
-
Tomato ketchup
1/2 tablespoon
-
Brown sugar
1/2 tablespoon
-
Kadoya roasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon
Directions

Cut potatoes with skin on into bite-Size pieces.

Pour plenty of Non roasted sesame oil or cooking oil into a pan, heat, and add the potatoes to fry.

Remove potatoes from pan and drain oil. Remove extra oil from pan.

Mix the ingredients for the "sauce for saute" well in a bowl. Put the sauce in the pan and warm over a low heat.

Return the potatoes to the pan, sprinkle Roasted White Sesame Seeds and then saute quickly.
Tips: This dish tastes good eaten cold. Pure Sesame Oil goes well with miso and ketchup.
