Sesame noodles

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 
                        Dried ramen noodles 4 
- 
                        Soy sauce 4 tablespoons 
- 
                        Rice vinegar 2 tablespoons 
- 
                        Sugar 1 teaspoon 
- 
                        Kadoya roasted sesame oil 2 tablespoons 
- 
                        Peanut butter 2 tablespoons 
- 
                        Cloves garlic, grated 2 
- 
                        Grated ginger 2 teaspoons 
- 
                        Spring onions, chopped 50g 
- 
                        Salt and black pepper to taste 
- 
                        Toasted sesame seeds to garnish 
Directions
- 
                    Bring a pot of water to boil and cook noodles until al-dente. 
- 
                    While noodles are cooking, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, sesame oil, peanut butter, garlic, and ginger to make a sauce mixture. 
- 
                    When noodles are done, drain and add to a large bowl. 
- 
                    Pour sauce mixture and add spring onions. 
- 
                    Toss to combine. Seasoning with salt and black pepper to taste. 
- 
                    Sprinkle top with toasted sesame seeds and serve.
