Chicken fillet with lemon and green onion sauce

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

                        Green onion (white part) 1 
- 
                        Chicken breast 1 chunk (300g) 
- 
                        【A】Japanese rice wine 1 tablespoon 
- 
                        【A】Sugar 2 teaspoons 
- 
                        【A】Salt and peppers A pinch each 
- 
                        【B】Kadoya roasted sesame oi 2 tablespoons 
- 
                        【B】Grated garlic 1 teaspoon 
- 
                        【B】Lemon juice 1 tablespoon 
- 
                        【B】Chicken broth powder 2 teaspoons 
- 
                        【B】Salt 1/2 teaspoon 
- 
                        【B】Coarsely ground pepper Appropriate amount 
- 
                        Frillice lettuce, cherry tomato Appropriate amount 
Directions

                    Make shredded green onions : Cut the green onions (white part) into 6 cm lengths, cut lengthwise and remove the core. Cut into thin strips, soak in water and drain. 
- 
                    Prick chicken breast with a fork in several places and place in a heatproof container. Add 【A】, rub it in, and let marinate for 10 minutes. 
- 
                    In another container, mix the shredded green onions and 【B】, and place in the refrigerator. 
- 
                    Cover the chicken (1) with plastic wrap tightly and microwave it for 3 minutes. (600W) 
- 
                    Remove the chicken, turn it over, cover it tightly again with plastic wrap, and microwave it for 2 minutes.(600W) 
 Leave in the microwave for 2 minutes.
- 
                    Place thinly sliced (4) on a plate rayed with frilled lettuce, pour over the green onion-lemon sauce (2), and garnish cherry tomatoes.
