Ingredients (for 4 servings)
  • 【Bulgogi Marinade】

  • Thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)

    1 pound (approx. 450g)

  • Soy sauce

    2 tablespoons

  • Brown sugar

    2 tablespoons

  • Garlic (minced)

    2 teaspoon

  • Grated ginger

    2 teaspoon

  • Gochujang

    1 tablespoon

  • Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    2 tablespoons

  • Black pepper

    1 teaspoon

  • 【Ramyun pasta & Vegetables】

  • Shin Toomba

    2 package

  • Baby bok choy(halved)

    4

  • 【Garnish & Finishing】

  • Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    For finishing

  • Roasted sesame seeds

  • Scallion(thinly sliced)

Directions
  • Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, gochujang, Kadoya roasted sesame oil, and black pepper. Add the thinly sliced beef and coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

  • Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • In the same pan, add a splash of water and place baby bok choy, cut side down. Cover and steam for 2-3 minutes, until tender but still vibrant green. Remove from heat and set aside.

  • Cook Shin Toomba according to package instructions.

  • Toss the cooked beef with the Shin Toomba Ramyun. Arrange the baby bok choy on the side. Drizzle 1 teaspoon Kadoya roasted sesame oil over the top for extra flavor. Garnish with Roasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions. Enjoy!
