Thinly sliced beef (ribeye or sirloin)
1 pound (approx. 450g)

Soy sauce

Gochujang

Kadoya roasted sesame oil

【Ramyun pasta & Vegetables】

Shin Toomba

Baby bok choy(halved)

Directions

Marinate the Beef: In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, gochujang, Kadoya roasted sesame oil, and black pepper. Add the thinly sliced beef and coat evenly. Let marinate for at least 10 minutes.

Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add the marinated beef and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked and slightly caramelized. Remove from heat and set aside.

In the same pan, add a splash of water and place baby bok choy, cut side down. Cover and steam for 2-3 minutes, until tender but still vibrant green. Remove from heat and set aside.

Cook Shin Toomba according to package instructions.

Toss the cooked beef with the Shin Toomba Ramyun. Arrange the baby bok choy on the side. Drizzle 1 teaspoon Kadoya roasted sesame oil over the top for extra flavor. Garnish with Roasted sesame seeds and sliced scallions. Enjoy!
