Sesame gyoza noodle soup

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
- 
                        Kadoya roasted sesame oil 2 dashes 
- 
                        Garlic (minced) 1 clove 
- 
                        Ginger (grated) ½ teaspoon 
- 
                        Diced mushrooms 50g 
- 
                        Soup stock (vegetable or chicken) 500ml 
- 
                        Soy sauce 1 tablespoon 
- 
                        Carrot (small) ½ (about 30g) 
- 
                        Bok choy (leaves separated) 1 small bunch (about 50g) 
- 
                        Udon noodles 100g 
- 
                        Gyozas 3 pieces 
- 
                        Kadoya Rosted Sesame seeds & Edamame 
 (to garnish)For garnish 
Directions
- 
                    Put a dash of Kadoya roasted sesame oil into the pan and heat it. Add garlic, ginger, and diced mushrooms. 
- 
                    Pour in the stock and a splash of soy sauce. 
- 
                    Add the carrots and bok choy. 
- 
                    Add the udon noodles and give it a stir while you wait for everything to cook. 
- 
                    Add the gyozas. 
- 
                    Plate with sesame seeds, edamame, and a final touch of Kadoya roasted sesame oil.
