Frozen fries, cooked

Kimchi, chopped

Directions

Marinate the beef: In a bowl, combine soy sauce, brown sugar, mirin, garlic, ginger, Kadoya Roasted Sesame Oil, and black pepper. Toss with sliced beef and let sit for 10 minutes.

Cook the kimchi: Heat neutral oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chopped kimchi and cook for 2–3 minutes until lightly caramelized. Set aside.

Cook the bulgogi: In the same skillet over high heat, cook the marinated beef for 3–5 minutes until caramelized and slightly crispy on the edges.

Assemble the fries: Spread hot crispy fries onto a serving platter. Top with cheese while fries are still hot. Add bulgogi beef and caramelized kimchi.

Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds. Serve immediately.
