Sesame Glazed Chicken Tsukune

Kadoya Roasted Sesame Oil
1 tsp

【Sauce】

Soy sauce
1 tbsp

Sugar
1 tbsp

Mirin (Sweet rice wine)
1 tbsp

Grated ginger
3 cm (about 1 tsp)

Sliced green onions
As needed

【Others】

Kadoya Roasted Sesame Oil
1 tbsp for frying

Egg yolk
1 for serving
Directions

Finely chop the bean sprouts.

In a bowl, combine the bean sprouts, ground chicken, potato starch, chicken stock powder, mayonnaise, and Kadoya Roasted Sesame Oil. Mix thoroughly until the mixture becomes sticky. Shape into large bite-sized patties.

Heat Kadoya Roasted Sesame Oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the tsukune patties and cook until both sides are nicely browned.

Add the soy sauce, sugar, mirin, and grated ginger to the pan. Simmer until the sauce thickens and coats the patties.

Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with sliced green onions. Serve with the egg yolk on the side for dipping.
