Ingredients (for 4 servings)
  • Cabbage

    400g

  • Grilled nori seaweed

    2 sheets

  • [A] Sugar

    4 teaspoons

  • [A] Vinegar

    1 tablespoon

  • [A] Kadoya roasted sesame oil

    1 tablespoon

  • [A] Roasted white sesame seed

    1 tablespoon

  • [A] Granulated chicken soup stock

    2 teaspoons

  • [A] Grated garlic

    2 teaspoons

  • [A] Salt

    Less than 1 teaspoon

Directions
  • Cut cabbage into 3-4 cm squares.

  • Tear the grilled nori by hand.

  • Put cabbage and [A] in a plastic bag and mix well.

  • Serve in a bowl.
