Ingredients (for 4 servings)

                        【For the Dumplings】 
- 
                        Raw sesame seeds 1/3 cup (45 g) 
- 
                        Store-bought dumplings (vegetable, pork, or chicken) 1 package (20–22) 
- 
                        Vegetable oil (for frying) 2–3 tablespoons (28–42 g) 
- 
                        【For the Chive Chili Garlic Oil】 
- 
                        Kadoya roasted sesame Oil 1/4 cup (54 g) 
- 
                        Chili garlic sauce 2 tablespoons (34 g) 
- 
                        Low-sodium soy sauce or tamari 2 tablespoons (30 g) 
- 
                        Honey 2 tablespoons (42 g) 
- 
                        Red pepper flakes (adjust to taste) 1–2 teaspoons (1–2 g) 
- 
                        Finely chopped fresh chives 1/4 cup (12 g) 
- 
                        Roasted peanuts(finely chopped) 1/4 cup (35 g) 
Directions
- 
                    Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add the dumplings and cook for 1–2 minutes until they float. Drain and set aside. 
- 
                    Place the sesame seeds in a shallow bowl. Roll each dumpling in the sesame seeds to lightly coat. 
- 
                    Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once shimmering, add the dumplings and cook for about 2–3 minutes until the bottoms are golden brown and crispy. Remove from the pan. 
- 
                    Make the Chive Chili Garlic Oil: In a medium bowl, whisk together Kadoya Roasted Sesame Oil, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, honey, red pepper flakes, chives, and chopped peanuts. 
- 
                    Serve the crispy sesame-crusted dumplings warm with the Chive Chili Garlic Oil for dipping.
