【Yogurt Sauce】

Plain yogurt (or Greek yogurt)

Fresh coriander, chopped
1 handful

Fresh parsley, chopped

Kadoya Roasted Sesame Oil

Ground cumin
1 tsp

Kadoya Hot Sesame Oil
a few drops (optional)

Directions

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces (about 2 cm).

In a large bowl, combine all the marinade ingredients.

Add the chicken pieces and toss well to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.

Cut the bell peppers in half, remove the stems and seeds, and cut into 2 cm pieces

Mix all the Yogurt sauce ingredients in a bowl and keep chilled.

Thread the marinated chicken and bell pepper pieces alternately onto the skewers.

Cook the skewers in a pan over high heat for about 5 minutes, turning regularly.

Lower the heat, cover, and cook for another 10 minutes, turning occasionally.

Serve hot with the yogurt sesame sauce.
