Spicy Cold Beancurd Knots

Ingredients (for 1 servings)
  • Dried beancurd knots


  • Chopped coriander leaves

    3 tablespoons

  • Chopped Red chilli


  • 【Sauce】

  • Garlic cloves, grated


  • Ginger, grated

    1 teaspoon

  • Black vinegar

    2 tablespoons

  • Sweet soy sauce

    2 tablespoons

  • Soy sauce

    1 tablespoon

  • Kadoya hot sesame oil

    2 tablespoons

  • Salt

    1/4 teaspoon

  • Soak dried beancurd knots in warm water until it is soft in the middle. About an hour. Or boil in boiling water for 10-15 minutes. Drain and set aside.

  • Make sauce mixture and pour over drained tofu knots.

  • Add chopped coriander leaves, sliced chilli, and toss to coat.

  • Place in chiller to chill until ready to serve.

  • Serve chilled.
