Sesame beef Chimichurri style

Ingredients (for 4 servings)
  • Beef tenderloin

    About 3 cm thick, 600g

  • Parsley

    1 bunch

  • Basil

    1 bunch

  • Dried oregano

    4 teaspoons

  • Garlic

    1 clove

  • Olive oil

    4 tablespoons

  • Apple cider vinegar

    4 tablespoons

  • Kadoya hot sesame oil

    1 tablespoon

  • Salt

  • Remove meat from refrigerator 30 minutes before cooking.

  • Wash, remove leaves and chop basil and parsley.

  • Peel and mince garlic.

  • Mix olive oil, sesame oil, vinegar, garlic and herbs.

  • Sear meat over high heat for 1 minute on each side, then continue cooking for 1 minute on each side over medium heat. Remove from heat, season with salt and let rest for 5 minutes.

  • Slice the meat into thin strips and serve topped with the sauce, or with the sauce on the side to allow everyone to season to their own taste.
