Prepared pizza dough (store-bought or homemade, about 10–12 inches)

Pineapple chunks (canned or fresh; drain if using canned)

2-4 teaspoons (9–18 g)

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface and transfer it to a pizza pan or baking sheet. -
Spread the sweet chili sauce evenly over the dough. Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce and arrange the pepperoni evenly on top of the cheese. Scatter the pineapple chunks over the pizza and top with the thinly sliced red onion.

Brush the outer edge of the crust with 1–2 teaspoons Kadoya hot sesame oil using a pastry brush, then sprinkle sesame seeds generously on the crust.

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the pizza from the oven and drizzle with an additional 1–2 teaspoons Kadoya hot sesame oil before serving.
