Directions

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook noodles according to package instructions until chewy and tender. Reserve 1/4 cup noodle water before draining.

In a large heatproof bowl, combine garlic, chili flakes, soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, Kadoya Hot Sesame Oil, and rice vinegar.

Heat neutral oil in a small saucepan until shimmering hot. Carefully pour the hot oil over the garlic and chili flakes mixture to bloom the aromatics.

Add the reserved hot noodle water and whisk until glossy and combined.

Add cooked noodles to the sauce and toss until evenly coated and glossy.

Transfer noodles to bowls and top with soft boiled eggs, green onions, and black sesame seeds.
